2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@cornfska.com or call 404-563-2762 with your order number, photos of the item (including packaging), and reason for return.
  2. Receive Approval: We will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely, include the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided in your approval email. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong product shipped).

3. Inspections & Processing

  • Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify eligibility (condition, packaging, etc.).
  • Approved Returns: If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds include the product price and applicable taxes but exclude original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
  • Rejected Returns: If the item does not meet eligibility criteria, we will notify you and may either:
    • Return the item to you (at your expense); or
    • Offer a partial refund (at our discretion) to account for damage or missing parts.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size, color, or style), follow the return process above and note your exchange request in your initial contact. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the new item costs more than the original, you will be invoiced for the difference.
  • If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (e.g., wrong size/color), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item (including packaging).

    We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no cost to you, or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) at your preference. Do not ship the item back until instructed—we may require the defective item to be returned, but we will cover return shipping fees.

6. Refund Timelines

  • Credit card refunds: Typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • Debit card or PayPal refunds: May take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.

7. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@cornfska.com or 404-563-2762. Orders can be canceled free of charge only if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once processing begins (usually within 1–2 business days), cancellations may incur a 10% restocking fee to cover handling costs.
