- Service Area: We currently ship to all 50 states of the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington, D.C. We do not offer international shipping, including to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam) or APO/FPO addresses, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page or during checkout.
- Restrictions: Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements (e.g., hazardous materials). Such restrictions will be clearly indicated on the product page, and orders for restricted items to ineligible locations will be canceled, with a full refund issued.
2. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving). Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. For custom or made-to-order items, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days, as specified on the product page.
- Order Verification: We reserve the right to verify orders for accuracy, including billing and shipping information, which may delay processing. If additional information is required, our team will contact you via email (using the address provided at checkout) within 1 business day.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times
3.1 Standard Shipping
- Carriers: Typically fulfilled via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground.
- Delivery Window: 3–7 business days from the date of shipment (excludes processing time). Delivery times may vary based on distance from our fulfillment center (Denver, CO) and unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, carrier disruptions).
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your shipping zip code. For orders totaling $50 or more (before taxes and discounts), Standard Shipping is free. For orders under $50, rates start at $5.99.
3.2 Expedited Shipping
- Carriers: Fulfilled via UPS 2nd Day Air or FedEx 2Day, where available.
- Delivery Window: 2–3 business days from the date of shipment (excludes processing time). Not available for all items—eligibility is noted on product pages.
- Cost: Additional fees apply, calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Expedited shipping does not qualify for free shipping promotions.
3.3 Oversized Items
- Items exceeding standard size/weight limits (e.g., large storage cabinets, bulk sets) may incur additional shipping surcharges, which will be clearly displayed during checkout. These items may also require special handling and have extended delivery times (5–10 business days).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s status via the carrier’s website. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment. 5. Address Changes & Corrections
- Before Shipment: If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us immediately at 404-563-2762 or support@cornfska.com. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
- After Shipment: Once a package is in transit, we cannot alter the shipping address. If the package is delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
6. Undeliverable, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., invalid address, recipient unavailability, refused delivery), we will notify you via email within 2 business days of receipt. You may choose to:
- Have the order reshipped (additional shipping fees will apply); or
- Request a refund (excluding original shipping costs and any restocking fees for opened items).
- Unclaimed packages will be processed for refund or disposal after 14 days of notification.

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows a package as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first to file a claim. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, notify us within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, and we will arrange a replacement or refund (proof of non-receipt may be required).
